Kristen Tame is a 26-year Central Florida educator and academic coach, author of The Tame Method, host of the Our Home Room podcast, and the proud parent of an 18-year-old son. Having navigated nearly every school challenge imaginable, she now helps families uncover and resolve the unhelpful patterns that can negatively affect school and home.
