• Before coming to Engage The Brain,I was a First grade teacher at Park Maitland School in Winter Park. Before that, I taught kindergarten at Currey Ingram Academy in Nashville,TN. 

What I Do at EtB: Learning Specialist 

• I enjoy teaching Language Arts, Social Studies, and Science to students of all ages. I enjoy working with the littles for math support. I am also interested in supporting students with their executive functioning skills.

Where you might find me in my free time:

• Playing at the beach, exploring a new campsite, or reading Judy Blume books with my three kiddos… she is our FAVORITE! 

What inspires my work with students: 

• I love helping my students feel confident in who they are as learners! Knowing that I am helping them “connect the pieces” while guiding them through their learning journey is something that truly brings me joy.
