What inspires my work with students:
- I love seeing my students have that “a-ha!” moment, whether its understanding something they’ve read, getting that “r” sound just right, or figuring out how to solve a problem that seemed impossible to solve. Effective communication is so important in every aspect of life and I get to help people become better at it. Watching a student gain confidence in their ability to express themselves and giving students and their families the tools to build on that ability is why I love being a speech-language pathologist.
