EtB appreciates the opportunity to work with a variety of schools, both directly and on behalf of the families we serve. The School Support program encompasses a range of consulting services for educators, school administrators, and families. Services can include individual or group training and workshops covering the specialized approaches used for teaching students with different learning styles. We also work directly with educators and school leadership to help them learn and implement proven teaching approaches and strategies that can lead their students to success.

We can support individual schools and teachers in:

• Academic testing to assist in determining class placement or private school admissions
• Choosing appropriate accommodations and modifications for students with a learning difference or medical diagnosis
• Resources for specialized intervention that provide students with academic support while allowing them to remain in the mainstream setting
• Professional development in cutting-edge strategies and best practices for educating all kinds of learners

In addition, we help facilitate communication between school personnel and families throughout the process of implementing and monitoring services for students. EtB Specialists are available to assist with school accommodation plans, such as 504 Plans and special education intervention plans, such as Individual School Plans (IEPs). We are not advocates, however, we are knowledgeable about special education and instructional approaches based in science. Our specialists allow the parents to feel comfortable and attentive at school meetings while ensuring that the student’s needs are addressed throughout the team meeting.
