Farah Downs is a nationally certified school psychologist and the founder of Maitland Mental Health Co., a local private practice specializing in psychoeducational evaluations, counseling, and educational consulting for children, teens, and young adults.

With a background in the school system and years of private practice experience, Farah helps kids and families understand what’s really going on beneath the surface– especially when it comes to ADHD, anxiety, executive functioning, learning challenges, and school-related stress. She’s known for her warm, approachable style and her ability to turn complex psychological concepts into practical tools that truly work.
